Unbound and Untethered is not meant to be an anchor that tethers you to a certain way of being, but is here to help you to feel anchored and established in the flow of life. The accumulative gathering and discarding of ideas and thoughts, feelings and experiences, never being defined by anything in its entirety, for an eternity, save love—what I believe to be our truest essence and home.

With each subsequent passage (told and retold, foretold even), may the medicines within the pages stir within you all that is meant to come to the surface and be revealed and witnessed. And, in your own time, may you find ways to meet—with perhaps a solemnity and grace—that which is meant to travel forward without you while simultaneously fully unbinding and untethering yourself from things meant to be discarded. With opportunities to further explore the sacredness that is self-guardianship, may this process help you to become evermore conscious of what is meant not simply to protect, but to deepen a love that you can only offer yourself. It is, after all, this relationship that you will carry with you for the whole of this lifetime, until this form too will meet with its own unbinding.
