About Fleur

Fleurian (they/them) is a therapist, author, teacher and meditator.

As a practicum student in their Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and with a background as a Vice-Principal and Ontario Certified Teacher, Fleurian brings over 18 years of experience in helping professions to their client work. They prioritize wellness in youth/adolescent and adult populations, particularly within 2SLGBTQIA+ and Spiritual community settings. As a Hatha Restorative Yoga Teacher and somatic practitioner, they prioritize and center well-being in their offerings. They hold experience in Vedantic Traditions and multi-faith communities as a student of mantra and meditation. Fleurian also holds certification in Mindfulness-Informed End of Life Care, which they use in their work with animals and humans through dying and death transitions.

As an author, their second book, Shifted, brings to audiences their collection of writings that serve readers as they intimately unravel the intricate layers of self. Their third book, Unbound and Untethered, is currently in development, offering even deeper insights into the untwining of thoughts to access a pure, sacred, authentic space of being.

As a Reiki Grandmaster and Animal Reiki Master, they are humbled to be ever in community with others who are at once their students and their teachers.
