Guest Educator and Speakership Offerings.
In high-pressure and high-achievement workplaces, well-being cannot be an afterthought—it’s foundational to sustainable success and personal wellness. I deliver dynamic, engaging talks that help teams manage stress, strengthen emotional intelligence, and cultivate relationships and environments rooted in psychological safety. Drawing from psychotherapy and leadership experience, I offer grounded strategies for navigating change and fostering human-centered workplaces. These sessions speak to both individual resilience and collective culture shifts.
With decades of experience as an educator and vice-principal, I bring insights into the emotional and systemic challenges facing today’s working environments. My talks support employees, managers, and organizational leaders in fostering resilience, compassion, and trauma-informed practices. Through practical strategies and reflective dialogue, I help teams and organizations to navigate conversations on burnout, change processes, identity and equity-deserving practices that support systemic goals around positive mental health outcomes.
Families navigating grief (i.e., particularly embodied animal loss), those who are equity seeking and deserving (i.e., serving queer and questioning populations, including youth) are often navigating complex emotional terrain. My talks are sensitively curated to offer support that is grounded, accessible, compassionate, and clear. As a therapist, former educator, and someone trained in dying and death, I help to create space for honest conversations around loss, identity and acceptance, and mental well-being. I work to guide folx in understanding the layers of experience and the options they have to build bridges of compassion, helping them to move forward with greater confidence and connection.
